Our spacious B&B letting rooms were completely refurbished in 2005, making our accommodation even more comfortably appointed, with new, custom made double or kingsize beds, flat screen televisions, refrigerators and coffee/tea making facilities. Each room has an en-suite bathroom and a comfortable sofa which folds out to provide an extra double bed.

Bed & Breakfast costs £70 per night per room, for up to two people. Up to two additional guests can be accommodated on the sofa-bed at a cost of £15 per additional person per night. A non-refundable deposit of £70 is required at the time of booking for stays of two or more nights, and can be paid by credit or debit card over the phone or cheque by post.

Breakfast is included in the price of the room, and is served between 8.30 and 9.30am (earlier or later by special arrangement). Breakfast includes a selection of cereals, with orange juice, fruit and yoghurt, followed by a cooked breakfast with toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, etc. Tea and freshly ground coffee are also provided. We try to be as flexible as possible so let us know if you have any special requirements for B&B and we'll do our best to meet them.
